Uluslararası Bilimsel Dergi İndeksleri, Önemleri ve Türkiye Kaynaklı Dergilerin Durumu: Bölüm 1: Bilimsel Dergi İndeksleri

ÖZET Uluslararası dergi indekslerinin hangi dergileri kapsamlarına aldıkları önemli olduğundan, bu çalışmada sözkonusu indeksler hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Bilgiler derlenirken, çeşitli internet sitelerinden, kitap-dergilerden ve yazarın görüşleri dikkate alınmıştır. Bu çalışmada, uluslararası bilimsel dergi indeksleri, indekslerin önemi, etki faktörü ve h indeks gibi analitik kaynaklar ve özellikle İran, Yunanistan gibi bazı komşu ülkelere ait JCR 2015 dergi sayısı, yayın sayısı ve diğer güncel veriler sunulmuştur. Çalışmada 5 dergi tipi hakkında bilgi verilmiş, hangilerinin önemli olduğu tartışılmıştır. Çalışmada ayrıca, Web of Science, analitik kaynaklar, alan indeksleri ve PubMed hakkında da bilgi verilmiş ve konu tartışılmıştır.

International Scientific Journal Indexes, Importance and Status of Turkey Journals: Part 1: Scientific Journal Indexes

ABSTRACT As It is important that the international scientific journal indexes contain which scientific journal, so we informed about mentioned indexes in this article. While preparing this article, data were obtained from various websites, books/journals, and personal opinions of the author. This reviewed article presented information about international scientific journal indexes, importance of indexes, analytical sources such as impact factor and h index and especially number of journals, publications and other latest data covered by JCR 2015 from some neighboring countries such as Iran, Greece. Also informed about five types of scientific journals and discussed which one of them is important. Moreover Web of Science, analytical sources, subject indexes, PubMed were also discussed.
