Bu çalışma, Türkiye’de doğa eğitimi alanında yapılan çalışmaları meta-sentez yöntemi kullanılarak analiz edilmesi ve Türkiye’de doğa eğitimi alanında nasıl bir eğilimin olduğunu ortaya koymak amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada 2010-2015 yılları arasında çalışılan ve amaçlı örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenen 13 makale, 9 tez, 3 bildiri olmak üzere toplam 25 çalışma analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmaların seçiminde Yüksek Öğretim Kurumu (YÖK) Ulusal Tez Tarama Merkezi, Dergi Park, Google Akademik arama motoru ve EBSCOhost-ERIC veri tabanlarından yararlanılmıştır. Çalışmada geçerlilik ve güvenirliliği sağlamak için çalışmanın amacı ve araştırma soruları açık bir şekilde ifade edilmiştir. Bulguların geçerliliğini sağlamak için veri toplama metodu ve ölçütler şekilde aktarılmıştır. Çalışmada elde edilen veriler, doğa eğitimi ile ilgili hedeflenen amaçlar, örneklem grubu, kullanılan yöntem, veri toplama aracı ve araştırmada elde edilen sonuçlar açısından değerlendirilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler frekans ve tablolar yardımıyla yorumlanmıştır. Araştırmada, çalışmaların büyük bir bölümünün doğa eğitiminin çevreye yönelik tutumlara etkisini belirlenmek amacıyla gerçekleştirildiği tespit edilmiştir. Bunu sırayla doğa eğitimine yönelik görüşler, çevresel bilgi, farkındalık, bilişsel yapı ve sorumlu davranışlara etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yapıldığı belirtilenmiştir.

The aim of this study is to analysis the nature education studies in Turkey by using meta-synthesis method and present the type of tendency in nature education field. In the research, a total 25 studies made up of 13 article, 9 dissertations and 3 assertions which were published between the years of 2010-2015 and chosen through purposeful sampling method were analysed. Google academics search engine, TUBİTAK ULAKBİM, Dergi Park, YÖK National Dissertation Center, EBSCOhost-ERIC databeses took advantages of selecting the studies. Each study were examined within the context of the study’s purpose, subject area, method, sample, data collection tools, teaching applications and results by being subjected to content analysis. Obtained data were interpreted depending on the frequency and partly illustrated through tables and graphs. In the research, the result showed that a significant portion of the studies were conducted with the effects on attitudes towards environmental of nature education. Besides, it was seen that a few number studies opining on nature education, effects on environmental knowledge, environmental awareness, cognitive structure and environmental responsible behaviour of nature education.
