Portal ven agenezisi: olgu sunumu

Portal ven agenezisi nadir görülen bir malformasyondur. Özellikle kardiyovasküler ve gastrointestinal sistemle ilgili anomalilerle birlikteliği sık görülmektedir. Radyolojik olarak portal sistemi görüntülemek için renkli dopler ultrosonografi, bilgisayarlı tomografi, manyetik rezonans görüntüleme ve arteriyel veya direkt portografi gibi tetkiklerden faydalanmak gerekir. 10 yaşında portal agenezi nedeniyle tekrarlayan karın ağrıları olan olgu sunulmuştur.

Portal vein agenesis: a case report

Portal vein agenesis is a rare malformation. It is seen particularly with cardiovascular and gastrointestinal system anomalies. Radiologic studies of the portal venous system include color Doppler ultrasonography US , computed tomography CT , magnetic resonance imaging, and arterial or direct portography. A ten year old child with recurrent abdominal pain because of portal vein agenesis is presented.
