Stalking: civil-legal consideration of pursuit as an in contact offence

In our time, the personal space of citizens is one of the priority areas for the protection of the rights and freedoms of every citizen. This is due to the improvement of the system of individualization of each citizen as a person with his level of honor, dignity and business reputation, as well as the right to private privacy. Nevertheless, over the past couple of years, the number of incidents of discomfort through persecution increases in an arithmetic progression. At the same time, legally, persecution is not a crime, since it does not have the character of physical contact. However, it is this obsessive behavior that, as a rule, hypothetically can turn into a crime better known as "bringing to suicide", classified by the criminal code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
