ÇALIŞMA İLİŞKİLERİNDE FARKLI BİR YAKLAŞIM: PSİKOLOJİK AKİT

In the Last two decades, a lot of things has changed in business environment. The meaning of work, worker and employment had been changed. Also the contracts of employment became more flexible. The collective bargaining and collective agreements are leaving their places to individual contracts and bargaining. On the other hand a new perspective which is called "psychological contract" became popular. Psychological contract is such a contact, which is unwritten, unspoken and have no legal binding between employee and employer. This contract is based on mutual trust. So employees’ responsibilities are: quality in work, working hard, continuity at work and loyalty; employers’ responsibilities are continuous employment (job security) and providing adequate chances for developing employee skills.
