Empowerment begins to be an important strategy in popular management literatüre. It is employed by organizations in response to current unstable market conditions. Business pressures in organizations are characterized by competition, globalization and environmentally sustainable production. In order to meet these pressures human resource professionals benefit from empowerment. İn this article, empowerment analyses theoretical framework.
