The Decision of Consumers in Uncertainty

In this article, decision mechanisms of consumers and searching processes in uncertainty are examined. Consumers who have not enough information about goods’ prices and qualities do a search to get necessary information to make a consumption decision. For doing this, firstly, the information that consumers have are classified, the factors effecting the costs of searching processes and searching sources are studied. In addition, the effects of the consumers’ ignorance on aggregate demand and economy are studied.
