Spontan uterus rüptürü: Olgu sunumu

Uterus rüptürü maternal ve fetal mortalitenin en önemli sebeplerinden bindir. Utems rüptürü doğum komplikasyonu olarak sıklıkla daha önce sezaryen Ue doğum yapan gebelerin doğumlarında görülür. Risk faktörleri bulunmayan ve doğumu indüklenmeyen 19 yaşındaki primigravid hastanın spontan doğum sonrası yapılan muayenesinde, barsak segmentinin vajinadan dışarıya doğru sarktığı görüldü. Laparotomiye alınan has-tada.uterusun arka duvar alt kısmında yer alan ve douglasa açılan rüptür saptandı

Spontaneous rupture of uterus: A case report

Uterine rupture is an important cause of maternal and fetal mortality. It is seen mostly after a labor whom had previousfyhad a cesarean section. We presenteda case thathadno riskfaktors. 19years old primigravid patient had a complication that wasn't expected in this case. There was a rupture at the douglas part of the uterus. There was no labor induction. Since segment of intestine protrude through-the vagina, rupture was able to be discovered during postpartum examination. In the laparotomy, we saw a rupture at the lower posterior part of the uterus.
