Dikkat: Kayıp yabancı cisim
Radyolojik görüntülemeler, sindirim ve solunum sistemi yabancı cisim aspirasyonlannda altın standart haline gelmiştir. Ancak görüntülemelerin nasıl yapılması gerektiği konusunun standardize edilmemiş olması, takip sırasında Hinisyeni yanıltabilmektedir. Bu olgu sunumunda radyolojik muayenede bronşta saptanan bir toplu iğnenin çıkarılma hazırlığı yapılırken kısa sürede yer değiştirerek sindirim sistemine geçmesi sonucu orta-ya çıkan Minik tablo özetlenmiştir.
Attention: Lost foreign body
Radiological investigations have become a gold standard in the diagnosis and follow up of gastrointestinal and airway system foreign body aspirations. However radiology may sometimes be misleading for the clinician unless standardized. In this case report we summarized the clinical course of a patient, by whom the bronchial aspirated pin shifted to the gastrointestinal system during preparation for removal.
