Intravenöz leiomyomatozis az rastlanan bir neoplazma olup, sıklıkla pelvik venlere ve inferior vena cavaya Intravenöz leiomyomatozis az rastlanan bir neoplazma olup, sıklıkla pelvik venlere ve inferior vena cavaya nadiren de sağ kalbe yayılım gösterir. Rekürrens olasılığı sebebiyle bu tümörü ayırıcı tanısı önemlidir.Burada broad ligamente yaydım gosteren intravenöz leiomyomatozis vakası sunulmuştur.

A case of intravenous leiomyomatosis is growing into the broad ligament

Intravenous leiomyomatosis is a rare benign neoplasm that commonly grows into the pelvic veins and inferior vena cava and rarely, the right side of the heart. It is important to recognize and report this tumor, because of the possibility of recurrence. We present a case of intravenous leiomyomatosis growing to the broad ligament.
