The Development of a Model for Decision Support System of Assessment and Selection of University Academic Staff

The paper describes the development of a model for assessment, ranking and selection of University Academic Staff. The method of multi-criteria analysis Fuzzy Topsis is used for the development of the model based on the fuzzy set theory. Based on the model received in the paper of which we can create a decision-making support system for the assessment and selection of academic staff based on the expert evaluations.
