İnci kefali (Chalcalburnus tarichi), Van gölü havzasında ekonomik öneme sahip endemik bir cyprinid türüdür. Bir inci kefalinin sol dorso-lateral bölgesinde görülen tek loplu, ceviz şekilli bir kitle makroskopik ve mikroskobik olarak incelendi. Bu kitle lipom olarak tanımlandı.

The Chalcalburnus tarichi is an endemic, economical important cyprinid species in Lake Van basin, Turkey. One lobuled, walnut shaped, a subcutaneous mass was found on the left side of one specimen. It was examined macroscopically and microscopically. This mass was identified as the lipoma.
