Türk Yükseköğretiminin Yeniden Yapılandırılması Bağlamında Sorunlar, Eğilimler, İlkeler ve Öneriler - I

Bu çalışmada, Türk yükseköğretiminin yeniden yapılandırılması amacına yönelik olarak, sorunları, yükseköğretim alanında Dünya genelindeki eğilimler, yapılandırma için genel ilkeler ve bazı öneriler dile getirilmiştir. Bu bağlamda; özellikle, yükseköğretimin yapılandırılmasında göz önüne alınması gereken farklı boyutlar mevzuat, üniversite, toplum ve iş dünyası ilişkileri, yükseköğretimin vizyonu, öğretim elemanı yetiştirilmesi, rekabet ve işbirliği, üniversitelerde sosyal sermaye, akademik özgürlük ve üniversite özerkliği gibi üzerinde durulmuştur

Issues, Trends, Principles and Suggestions in the Context of Re-structuring of Turkish Higher Education - I

In the study, in the context of restructuring of Turkish higher education, we studied existing issues of Turkish higher education, general trends of higher education in the World, and have tried to suggest basic principles and proposals for the restructuring. In this context, especially, we analyzed different dimensions of higher education such as legislation, university, society and business relations, the vision of higher education, training of teaching staff, competition and cooperation, social capital in universities, academic freedom and university autonomy etc. that should be taken into account when higher education is structured
