Hizmetkâr Liderliğin Pozitif Örgütsel Davranış Değişkenleri ile İlişkisi Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Bu çalışmanın amacı, 2000’li yıllardan sonra yazında yer almaya başlayan “iş-aile zenginleşmesi”nin yaşanmasında, güncel liderlik yaklaşımlarından hizmetkâr liderlik tarzının katkısını ortaya çıkarmaktır. Bu çerçevede araştırmada, çalışanların ihtiyaçlarını her şeyin üzerinde gören hizmetkâr liderlik tarzının çalışanların iş-aile zenginleşmesi yaşamasındaki etkileri test edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, çalışanlar tarafından algılanan hizmetkâr liderlik tarzının, çalışanların örgütleri ile özdeşleşme düzeyini ve sahip oldukları pozitif psikolojik kaynakları/sermayeyi (öz-değer, öz-yeterlilik, iyimserlik ve psikolojik yılmazlık) arttırdığı ve bu değişkenler aracılığı ile de çalışanların işten aileye ve aileden işe zenginleşme düzeylerini olumlu yönde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, hizmetkâr liderlik tarzının iş-aile zenginleşmesi üzerindeki etkisi ilk defa kapsamlı bir model ile test edilmiş ve gelecek kuramsal ve görgül çalışmalar için yeni model önerileri geliştirilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Hizmetkâr Liderlik, İş-Aile Zenginleşmesi, Örgütle Özdeşleşme, Pozitif Psikolojik Kaynaklar (Öz-değer, Öz-yeterlilik, İyimserlik, Psikolojik Yılmazlık)
