BORSA İSTANBUL'DA MANİPÜLASYON: 2001 - 2013 YILLARI ARASINDA İŞLEM YASAKLILARIN PROFİLİ

Bu çalışmada, 2001- 20131 yılları arasında Sermaye Piyasası Kanunun md.107/1 ve md. 107/2 çerçevesinde Borsa İstanbul'da işlem gören ve yasa çerçevesinde işlemlerine yasak getirilen yatırımcıların profilleri araştırılmıştır. SPK'nın internet sitesinde "işlem yasaklılar" başlığı altında yer alan veriler derlenerek, 107. madde çerçevesinde Borsa İstanbul'da işlemlerinde yasaklama getirilen yatırımcıların profilleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.

MANIPULATION ON BORSA ISTANBUL: THE PROFILES OF THE TRANSACTION PROHIBITEDS BETWEEN 2001 - 2013

In this study, between 2001-2013 years, profiles of the investors, who are prohibited from the transaction for acting, are searched whitin the scope of Capital Market Law Article 107/1 and 107/2., Data's are gathered from the website of Capital Market Board of Turkey and profiles of the investors are put in order.
