İşgören Sesliliğinin Tükenmişlik ve Bilgi Uçurma Arasındaki İlişkide Düzenleyici Rolü

Bu çalışmada işgören sesliliğinin tükenmişlik sendromu ve bilgi uçurma arasındaki düzenleyici rolü sorgulanmıştır. Araştırmada bireysel ve örgütsel nedenlerden kaynaklı tükenmişlik duygusuna sahip çalışanın standart ve karmaşa kuramı çerçevesinde olumsuz durumu ve süreci sonlandırmak maksadıyla bilgi uçurma davranışını göstereceği önerilmektedir. Bu süreçte çalışanların sürece ve örgüte yönelik memnuniyetsizliğini ifade etme seviyesi olarak tanımlanan işgören sesliliğinin düzenleyici değişken olarak tükenmişlik duygusunun bilgi uçurma üzerindeki olumlu etkisini düşürebileceği düşünülmüştür. Sinop ilinde faaliyet gösteren banka, kreş ve özel eğitim merkezi gibi hizmet sektörlerinin 200 çalışanı üzerine uygulanan anket sonuçlarına göre tükenmişlik sendromunun bilgi uçurma üzerindeki olumlu ve anlamlı etkisi ve işgören sesliliğinin düzenleyici etkisi gözlemlenmiştir.
