$CuSO_4, Na_2 S$ ve farklı toplayıcı birleşimlerinin kullanımının altın flotasyonu üzerindeki etkisinin belirlenmesi

Bu çalışmada, Bergama-Ovacık altın yatağından alınmış olan cevher numuneleri kullanılarak yapılan flotasyon testleri ile farklı toplayıcıların bir arada kullanımının altın flotasyonu üzerindeki etkisi araştırılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar birinci derece flotasyon modeli kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışmalar neticesinde potasyum amil ksantat (Aero 350), dialkil ditiyofosfat (Aerofloat 208) ve dialkil ditiyofosfinat (Aerophine 3418A) türü toplayıcıların birlikte kullanımı ile en iyi sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. Pülpe 85 g/t a kadar Na2S ilavesinin işlem kinetik hızını (k) göreceli olarak arttırdığı ancak bu miktarın aşılması durumunda kinetik hızın ve beraberinde altın kazanım veriminin düşmeye başladığı gözlemlenmiştir. Pülpe CuSO4 ilavesi işlem kinetik hızı (k) veya verim üzerinde etkili olmamıştır.

Determination of the effect of $CuSO_4, Na_2 S$ and different collector combinations on gold flotation

This study investigated the effect of reagent synergism on gold flotation by conducting tests on gold ore samples from the Bergama Ovacık gold ore deposit. The results were evaluated by using a first order flotation model. Based on the results, the most effective reagent combination was determined as a potassium amyl xhanthate (Aero 350), dialkyl dithiophosphate (Aerofloat 208) and dialkyl dithiophosphinate (Aerophine 3418A) mixture. It was observed that increasing the Na2S addition to the pulp up to 85 g/t increased the rate constant (k), while increasing the reagent addition further caused decreases in the rate constant (k) and ultimate gold recovery (R∞) values. The rate constant (k) and ultimate recovery values were not affected by the addition of CuSO4 to the pulp.
