Bazı Ülkelerde Yargı Konseylerinin Oluşumu ve Görevleri
Yargı organlarının, yasama ve özellikle yürütme organından gelebilecek baskılardan korunması ve yargı fonksiyonunu bağımsız ve tarafsız bir şekildeyerine getirmesi amacıyla ülkeler, hakim ve savcıların kariyerlerine mesleğe alma, atama, tayin, terfi, disiplin ve mahkemelerin idaresi ile mali konulara ilişkin yetkileri “yargı konseyi” adı altında oluşturdukları bağımsızorganlara devretmişlerdir. Bu çalışmada bazı ülkelerde yargı konseylerininoluşumu ve görevleri genel hatlarıyla incelenmiştir
