1999 Marmara ve Düzce Depremlerinin meydana getirdiği yıkım ve can kaybı, Türkiye’nin denetimsiz yapılaştığını ortaya koymuştur. Günümüzde, yürürlüğe konulan yönetmelikler nedeni ile konutlaşmada bir denetleme sağlanmıştır. Ancak, hazır beton üretimi yapan firmaların günümüz teknolojisine de paralel olarak, personelinin bilgi ve tecrübesini arttırması gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Ankara’daki hazır beton üreticisi firmaların, personellerinin eğitim seviyesi, hizmet içi eğitim durumları, ihtiyaç duydukları elemanların eğitim profilleri bir anket çalışması ile ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Collapsing and deaths in the Marmara and Düzce Earthquakes in 1999 have showed uninspected building constructions in Turkey. Nowadays, due to the new regulations put into action an inspection mechanism is obtained. However, ready-mixed concrete producers need to require increasing the knowledge and experiences of their technical staffs parallel to present technologies. In this study, educational status of staffs, current conditions of their in service trainings, and educational profile of their personals necessities for the producers of the ready-mixed concrete in Ankara are studied by a conducted survey.
