Bu araştırma Kız Meslek Lisesi Tekstil-Konfeksiyon öğrencilerinin okul-sanayi işbirliği kapsamında işletmelerde yürütülen beceri eğitimi uygulamaları ile ilgili görüşlerini tespit ederek, beceri eğitimi uygulamalarının 3308 sayılı Meslek Eğitimi Kanuna uygun gerçekleştirilme düzeyini ölçmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma model bakımından belgesel tarama ve betimsel nitelikte bir çalışmadır. Çalışma sonucunda öğrencilerden elde edilen verilerden, işletmelerde beceri eğitiminin yönetmelik doğrultusunda prosedüre uygun olarak yürütüldüğü sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bununla birlikte, beceri eğitiminin yeterince denetlenemeyen kısmında ise işletmelerin eğitime gereken önemi vermediği, koordinatör öğretmenlerin işletmeleri düzenli ziyaretlerine rağmen etkin bir rehberlik yapamadıkları tespit edilmiştir. Öğrencilerin işletme ortamını kısmen eğitim ortamı olarak gördükleri ve işletmelerin öğrencilerin işyerlerinde staj yapmasından memnun olmalarına rağmen öğrencileri ucuz iş gücü olarak algıladıkları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to investigate the opinions of the Girls' Vocational High School textiles-confection students about the skill education applications in enterprises included in school-industry cooperation and hence to measure the realization level of the skill education applications in accordance with the Vocational Education Law, number 3308. The research is modeled as a documentary scan and descriptive study. At the end of the study, the data obtained from students indicated that the skill education was running according to the procedure; however, enterprises did not attach the required importance at uncontrollable steps of the skill education, the coordinator instructors could not provide guidance effectively despite their regular visits to the enterprises, the students could regard the working environment as an education occasion only partially and finally while the enterprises were pleased to run the student internship program, they also regarded them as inexpensive labor force.
