Radyoterapi veteriner hekimlikte sınırlı olarak uygulanan bir tedaviOlanağıdır. Radyoterapi preoperatif,  intraoperatif ve postoperatif olarak kullanılabilir. Genellikle, lokalize solid tümör tedavisi için kullanılmaktadır. Bu yazıda, radyoterapi kavramı, radyoterapinin prensipleri, radyoterapininkullanım ve radyoterapinin komplikasyonlan konu edilmektedir.

Radiation therapy is one of capabilities limitedly practiced  inveterinary tumour treatment. Radiotherapy can be used as preoperative, intraoperativeand postoperative. It is usually used for the treatment of localised solid tumours.In this article, the concept of radiation therapy, the principles of radiotiontherapy, the uses of radiotherapy and the complication of radiotherapy are mentioned.
