Stafilokokkal Toksin ve Enzimler

Bu makalede, Stafilokokkal toksin ve enzimlerin özellikleri ile insan ve hayvan sağlığına etkileri araştırıldı. Stafilokoklar, doğada yaygın bir şekilde bulunurlar. Ayrıca insan ve hayvanların derileri üzerinde ve mukoz membranlannda doğal floranın oluşumuna katılırlar. Stafılokokların çoğu saprofitik karakterdedir, ancak, bazı türleri insan ve hayvanlarda çeşitli lokal ve generallze suppuratif enfeksiyonlara neden olurlar. Stafilokoklarda patojeniteyi belirleyen önemli karakterler Tablo 1 ‘de sunuldu

Toxins and Enzymes of Staphylococci

In this paper, the properties of Staphylococcal toxins and enzyms and adverse effects of them to human and animal health hav e been revieyved. Staphylococci are present yvidespread in nature. In additon, most of the Staphylococci participate the formation of natural flora on skin and mucosol membranes of humans and animals. Most of them are saphrophytic but some species couse to suppurative local and genaral infections in humans and animals. In Staphylococci the important characters which determine pathogenicity have been presented in Table 1
