Köpeklerde kas gevşeticilerin göz içi basıncı üzerine etkilerinin karşılaştırmalı araştırması

Bu çalışmada nöromusküler blokör ajanları süksinilkolin klorid ve atracurium besilat’ın köpeklerde göz içi basıncı üzerine etkileri karşılaştırıldı. Çalışma materyalini her grupta 5’er adet olmak üzere iki grupta 10 köpek oluşturdu. Atracurium uygulanan grupta; sağ gözde ilaç uygulamadan önceki göz içi basıncı 16.24 ± 0.31 mmHg iken atracurium’un etki süresi içinde 16.26 ± 0.29 mmHg olarak bulundu.Sol gözde de sağ gözde saptanan değerlere çok yakın sonuçlar elde edildi. Her iki gözdeki değişimler istatistiki olarak önemli değildi. Comparative study of the effects of muscle relaxants on the intraocular pressure in dogs

In this study, the effects of succinylcholine chloride and atracurium besylate, neuromuscular blocking agents, on intraocular pressure were compared. The materials for the study were divided into two groups comprised 5 dogs of each group.While intraocular pressure was 16.24 ±0.31 mmHg before atracurium administration, it was determined as 16.26 ± 0.29 mmHg during the effecting time of atracurium in the right eye. In the left eye, it was determined similar values to those obtained from the right eye. The differences between these two values were found to be statistically insignifıcant in each eye. Furthermore; in succinylcholine group, intraocular pressure values were 15.8 ± 0.12 mmHg before drug administration and 25.84 ± 0.81 mmHg during the effecting time of succinylcholine .
