Yirmi koyundan alınan kan serumunda, sabunlaştırma işlemi uygulanmaksızın yapılan tayinde ortalama vitamin A değeri 37.92 i 2.31 /Llg/100 ml, total karotin değeri 51.57 i 2.49 /Llg/lOO ml; soğuk sabunlaştırmada vitamin A 37.31 + 2.39 /l g/100 ml, total karotin 50.91 i 2.59 /Lig/100 ml; sıcak sabunlaştırmada ise vitamin A 37.87 + 2.28 /Lig/100 ml, total karotin de 51.06 +2.59 /Llg/lOO ml olarak bulundu. Sütteki değerler ise 20 inek sütünün anallzi sonunda ortalama vitamin A değerleri soğuk sabunlaştırma ile 54.09 +5.20 /Llg/lOO ml, sıcak sabunlaştırma ile 54.15+5.17 JLlg/lOO ml; total karotin değerleri de soğuk sabunlaştırmada 71.87+6.71 /Ll g/100 ml, sıcak sabunlaştırmada 71.89 + 6.72 /Llg/100 ml olarak tesbit edildi. Yapılan istatistiki hesaplamalar sonunda değişik işlemlerle elde edilen değerler arasında herhangi bir fark bulunmadı
Studies on Vitamin A and Carotene Levels in Blood Serum and Milk by Using Different Saponification Methods
Studies on Vitamin A and Carotene Levels in Blood Serum and Milk by Using Different Saponification Methods In this study, by using cold and hot Saponification methods, the amounts of vitamin A and the total carotene in blood serum and milk has been determined. The total vitamin A value in blood serums taken from 20 sheep, yvıthout using saponification method, yvas 37.92 +2.31 /Llg/lOO ml, the total carotene value yvas 51.57 +2.49 /Llg/lOO ml; the vitamin A value in cold saponification yvas 37.31 +2.39 /Z g/100 ml, the total cartone value vvas 50.91 +2.59 /Llg/100 ml; as to the hot saponification, the vitamin A value yvas 37.87 +2.28 /Llg/lOO ml, and the total carotene yvas 51.06 + 2.59 /Llg/lOO ml. As to the values in milk; the average vitamin A values in milk taken from 20 coyvs, yvas 54.09 + 5.20 /Llg/lOO ml in cold saponification, yvas 54.15 +5.17 /Llg/100 ml in hot saponification, the total carotene values yvas 71.87 + 6.71 /Llg/lOO ml in cold saponification, yvas 71.89 +6.72 /Llg/lOO ml in hot saponification. There yvere not found any statistically difference betyveen values
