Bu çalışma il eğitim denetmenlerinin bilgisayar kullanmaya ilişkin kaygı düzeylerini ve bu kaygı düzeyinin bazı demografik değişkenlere göre değişip değişmediğini belirlemek için yapılmıştır. Çalışmada örneklem alma yoluna gidilmeyerek evren üzerinde çalışılmıştır. Katılımcılara Bilgisayar Kaygısı Ölçeği ve kişisel bilgi formu içeren bir veri toplama aracı uygulanmıştır. Araştırmaya 330 il eğitim denetmeni katılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; erkek denetmenlerin bayan denetmenlere göre; eğitim teknolojisi dersi alanların almayanlara göre; 56-65 yaş grubunda yer alan müfettişlerin diğer yaş gruplarında yer alanlara göre bilgisayar kaygısı düzeylerinin daha yüksek olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Öğrenim durumu açısından bakıldığında denetmenlerin öğrenim düzeyleri yükseldikçe bilgisayar kaygısı düzeylerinin azaldığı görülmektedir. Fen branşlarında yer alan denetmenlerin EYTPE (Eğitim Yönetimi, Teftişi, Planlaması ve Ekonomisi) ve sosyal branşlarda yer alanlara göre bilgisayar kaygısı düzeylerinin daha düşük olduğu belirlenmiştir.

This study has been carried out to determine levels of computer anxiety of primary school inspectors on duty in the cities taking place in the Black Sea Region. And whether that change according to the fixed independent variation or not. A survey which is to determine computer anxiety measure, and a measuring package software including personal information form have been applied to the participants. With the results of the analysises, it has been proved that the levels of computer anxiety of the primary school inspectors differ according to various independent variation. The followings have been determined in the participants; Compared to the female primary school inspectors, computer anxiety of male primary school inspectors levels are lower, Levels of computer anxiety of those who take technology course via the education in service and in the licence education levels are lower compared to those who don’t take technology course. Levels of computer anxiety of the primary school inspectors at high age group is higher compared to those at the low age group, Levels of Computer anxiety of the primary school inspectors who have higher grade is lower. Levels of computer anxiety of the primary school inspectors in the science branches are lower than those at the Educational Management and Investigation and social branches.
