A RESEARCH ON THE IMPACT OF INNOVATION DETERMINANTS ON EXPORT PERFORMANCE

The aim of the study reveals what are the determinants of innovation that impact on countries’ export performance. In this context, data from 36 countries in the European Innovation Scoreboard between the years 2008-2015 have been analyzed by panel data analysis in the study. According to the study results, there is a positive relationship between innovation and export performance. Moreover, it is inferred that human resources, intellectual assets, innovators, linkages and entrepreneurships are determinants of innovation which is effective on export performance. The study contributes to from the point of view the impact of innovation on export performance and what is the effect of these variables in literature
