SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-200 CPU 224 MODEL PLC KONTROLLÜ ASANSÖR
PLC (Programmable Logic Controller-Programlanabilir Mantık Denetleyici) endüstriyel otomasyon ve kontrol sistemlerinde ardışık kontrol, hareket denetimi, süreç denetimi ve veri yönetimi için tasarlanmış özel bir kontrol elemanıdır. PLC’ler bina ve akıllı ev otomasyonlarında da uygulanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Siemens'in SIMATIC S7-200 CPU 224 model PLC'si kullanarak 3 katlı bir asansör prototip kontrolü yapılmıştır. Asansör donanımı; bir DC motor, her katta birer sınır anahtarı, asansör kabini içinde ve katlarda bulunan kumanda düğmeleri ve ikaz lambalarından, yazılımı; 12 Networkten oluşmaktadır. Gerçekleştirilen asansör sistemi bir PLC laboratuar ders materyali haline dönüştürülmüştür.

PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is a special control element that has been designed for sequential relay control, motion control, process control and data management in industrial automation and control systems. PLCs have been applied as main control device position at building and intelligent houses automations. Three floors elevator prototype control was carried out in this study used by Siemens's SIMATIC S7-200 CPU 224 model PLC. The hardware of elevator includes a DC motor, limit switches used at every floor and inside and outside of elevator control buttons and warning lights/indicators, and software includes 12 Networks. The implemented elevator system was converted to an course material for the PLC laboratory.
