SAĞLIK SEKTÖRÜNDE YATIRIM PROJELERİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Sağlık sektörüne ayrılan kaynakların milli gelir içindeki payı sürekli artmaktadır. Kıt kaynakların verimli kullanılması için sağlık sektöründe proje değerlendirme yöntemlerinin uygulanması gerekir. Stratejik, finansal ve sermaye planlaması hastanelerde hizmet sundukları çevrenin değerlendirilmesi ile başlar ve sermaye bütçeleme finansal yönetim için oldukça elzemdir. Yatırım kararları bütün işletmeler için kaçınılmazdır. Çünkü yatırım kararları işletmelerin başarısını etkilemekte ve maliyet yapıları üzerine büyük etki yapabilmektedir. Bu makalede proje değerlendirme yöntemleri sağlık sektöründen örnekler verilerek açıklanmıştır

The percentage of internal revenue allocated to the health sector is constantly increasing. Project appraisal methods must be applied in health sector for efficient use of scarce resources. Strategic, financial, and capital planning by hospitals begins with an assessment of the environment in which they operate and then capital budgetting is essential for health financial management. Investment decisions are of vital importance to all organizations, since they determine both their potential to succeed and their ultimate cost structure.
