Trunkal Damar Yaralanmaları Tecrübelerimiz
Santral venöz sisteme bağlı gelişen yaralanmalar penetran yada iatrojenik olabilmektedir. Subclavian ve juguler yaralanmalar sıklıkla penetran travma sonucunda oluşurlar, ancak innominate-kaval yaralanmalar sıklıkla kateter nedeniyle gelişir. Kliniğimizde tedavi edilen trunkal damar yaralanmalarını gözden geçirdik.
Truncal vascular injury experiences
Injuries to the central venous system can result from penetrating trauma or iatrogenic causes. Cathater used for vascular access can be temporary or permenant. Injuries of the subclavian-jugular venous confluence results from penetrating trauma, while injuries to the innominate-caval confluence are usually catheter-related. We reviewed truncal vascular injuries who had treated in our clinic.
