İÇ GİRİŞİMCİ DAVRANIŞI: ÖLÇEK GELİŞTİRME, GÜVENİLİRLİK VE GEÇERLİLİK ÇALIŞMASI

Bağlı bulundukları kurumlardaki bireylerin kendi inisiyatifleri ya da verilen teşvikler doğrultusunda, bulundukları kurumdan ayrılmadan gerçekleştirdikleri girişimsel faaliyetler bütünü şeklinde tanımlanan iç girişimci davranışı, işletmelerin rekabet avantajı elde etmesine katkıda bulunmaktadır. İlgili yazında işletmeler açısından önem arz eden iç girişimci davranışı olgusunun, bütüncül değerlendirilerek geliştirilen bir ölçek eksikliği dikkat çekmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, iç girişimci olgusunun bütün boyutları ile değerlendirerek iç girişimci davranışı için bir ölçme aracı geliştirmektir. Bu bağlamda çalışma; kapsam geçerliliği, yapı geçerliliği ve ölçek güvenilirliği aşamalarını içermektedir. Çalışmada oluşturulan 23 maddelik soru formu İzmir’deki özel sektörde çalışan 207 kişi üzerinde test edilmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen açımlayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri sonucunda iç girişimci davranışı ölçeği; yenilikçilik, rekabetçilik, destekleyicilik, inisiyatif alma, bilgi edinimi ve proaktiflik olmak üzere 6 boyuttan oluşmaktadır. Geliştirilen ölçeğin ilgili yazına ve olgunun algılanmasına dönük yapılacak açıklayıcı çalışmalara katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir. Ayrıca, özgün bir ölçek ile gerçekleştirilen çalışmaların da politika yapıcılara ve uygulamacılara destek olması beklenmektedir.

INTRAPRENEUR BEHAVIOUR: SCALE DEVELOPMENT, VALIDITY AND RELIABILITY STUDY

The intrapreneur behavior defined as the entrepreneurial activities carried out by the individuals working in organization in accordance with incentives or their own initiatives. Intrapreneur behaviour contributes to the organization by competitive advantage. In the related literature, it is noteworthy that there is a lack of measure which is developed by evaluating the intrapreneur behavior phenomenon in every aspect. The aim of this study is to develop a measurement tool by evaluating all aspects of the intrapreneur phenomenon. In this context; the study includes the validity, structure validity and scale reliability. The 23-item questionnaire was tested on 207 employees working in the private sector in Izmir. As a result of the exploratory and confirmatory factor analyzes, the intrapreneur behavior scale consists of 6 dimensions: innovativeness, competitiveness, championning, taking initiative, knowledge acquisition and proactivity. It is thought that the developed scale will contribute to the explanatory studies to be done regarding the related writing and perception of the phenomenon. In addition, studies carried out with an original scale are expected to support policy makers and practitioners.
