EXAMINATION OF THE CONTENT OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES MISSION AND VISION OF BIG 500 COMPANIES IN THEIR WEBSITE

This study includes a search on the human resources vision and mission statements of enterprises whichare in the extent of Turkey’s Top 500 Industrial Enterprises in 2006, identified by Istanbul Chamber ofIndustry (ISO). In the study, the same statements of different enterprises which belong to one (same)group were evaluated as one statement. In this way, at total 23 mission statements and 32 visionstatements were analysed. The statements were evaluated in the basis of the determining expressions inmission and vision statements, the words which reflects the quality of candidate employees, the wordswhich reflects the type of the aimed employee after the process of trainning and improvement, andanalysing the other terms. The statements in the web sites were tranferred to the text without any change.The search is limited with the statements in the web sites. The interesting point of work process forresearchers about this paper is that, there was no any other study in this content in literature met by theresearchers.
