Sedanter kişilerde Crossfit Antrenmanlarının Bazı Fiziksel Parametrelere Etkisi
Crossfit, kuvvet, dayanıklılığı ve cimnastiği kombine ederek kullanan fonksiyonel bir antrenman metodudur. Kısa sürelerde yüksek şiddetli egzersizler içerir. Kısa süreli olması ve fonksiyonel hareketler, olimpik kaldırışlar içermesi pek çok kişi için cezbedici hale gelmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı; sağlıklı sedanter kişilerde Crossfit antrenmanlarının bazi fiziksel parametrelere etkisinin incelenmesidir. Çalışmaya sağlıklı 10 sedanter erkek katılmıştır. 6 hafta boyunca Crossfit antrenmanları uygulamışlardır. 6 haftalık antrenmanların öncesinde ve sonrasında katılımcılardan vücut ağırlığı, vücut yağ yüzdesi, vücut kitle indeksi (VKİ), sırt kuvveti, bacak kuvveti, sağ ve sol el pençe kuvvetleri ölçümleri alınmıştır. Katılımcıların son test lehine sağ el pençe, sol el pençe, bacak ve sırt kuvveti değerlerinde anlamlı farklılıklar bulundu. Sonuç olarak, 6 haftalık antrenmanlar, sedanter kişilerin sol ve sağ el pençe kuvvetlerini, bacak kuvvetini ve sırt kuvvetini geliştirmiştir. Bu nedenle kuvvet gelişimi için alternatif bir yöntem olarak önerilebilir.
