In the present: a total of 100 Holsiein, Brown-Swiss cows, in 3-7 years old, supplied by Faculty of Veterinary Medicine University of Uludağ and commercial dairy farms in the region of Bursa, were used as research materials. Subklinik mastitislerin teşhis yöntemleri üzerine çalışmalar
Bu çalışma, California Mastitis Test (CMT), Direkt Mikroskobik Somatik Hücre Sayımı (DMSHS), ayırıcı hücre sayımı bulgularına göre normal ve subklinik mastitisli olarak ayrılan süt örneklerinde çeşitli biyokimyasal testleri karşılaştırmalı olarak incelemek ve bu testlerin ineklerde subklinik mastitislerin teşhisinde kullanılabilirliğini saptamak için yapıldı. Bu çalışma da, Uludağ Üniversitesi Veteriner Fakültesi Uygulama ve Araştırma Çiftliğinde ve Bursa bölgesindeki ticari sütçü işletmelerde bulunan 3-7 yaşlı, Holstein, Montofon ırklarına ait 100 adet inek araştırma materyali olarak kullanıldı. Bütün ineklere ilk önce CMT uygulandı. CMT sonuçlarına göre " - " reaksiyon gösteren 30 meme lobıı sağlıklı, "?, 1+, 2+, 3+" reaksiyon gösteren 70 meme lobu subklinik mastitisli olarak ayrıldı. Daha sonra, DMSHS ve Ayırıcı hücre sayımları yapıldı. Sağlıklı ve subklinik mastitisli ineklerden toplanan süt serumlarının mineral madde analiz sonuçları sırasıyla; Na, % 43.37 ± 2.92mg - % 58.51 ± 3.68mg (P0.05) olarak bulundu.
