Rh • izoimmünizasyonu nedeniyle kordosentez ve intravasküler fetal transfüzyon yapılan bir olgu sunuldu. Transfüze edilen toplamdan miktarı 400 mi idi. 30. gebelik haftasında başlanılan ve üçer gün aralarla umblikal ven yoluyla 4 kez uygulanan transfüzyon sonrası, fetal hemoglobin 4.8 g/dl'den, 18.3 g/dl'ye yükseltildi. 36. gebelik haftasında 2600 g sağlıklı bir bebek doğurtuldu. Yenidoğan için exchange transfüzyon gerekli olmadı.

We.present; a case of pregnancy complicated by Rh isoimmunization who has been managed by serial intrauterine, intravascular, fetal transfusion. Transfused blood volume was 400 ml totaly. Fetal hemoglobine has increased from 4.8 g/dl to 18.3 g/dl. Intrauterine transfusion has been started in 30 th pregnancy week and repeated three times with 3 days intervals. A healthy, 2600 g baby was born in 36 th week. Exchange transfusion was not necessary for the newborn.
