Ergenlerde Görülen Problem Davranışların Psiko-Sosyal Risk Faktörleri ve Koruyucu Faktörler Açısından Yordanması

Bu araştırmanın amacı 15-17 yaş arası ergenlerde görülen problem davranışları yordayan psiko-sosyal risk faktörlerinin ve koruyucu faktörlerin belirlenmesidir. Araştırmada, problem davranışların değerlendirilmesinde ve psiko-sosyal risk faktörleri ile koruyucu faktörlerin belirlenmesinde Jessor ve Jessor (1977) tarafından geliştirilmiş olan Problem Davranış Teorisi esas alınmıştır. Araştırmaya İzmir il merkezinde ortaöğretim kurumlarına devam eden 1237 öğrenci katılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Ergen Sağlığı ve Gelişimi Envanteri kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde SPSS 12.0 paket programından yararlanılarak frekans dağılımları ve Pearson Korelasyon Katsayısı Tekniği ile Hiyerarşik Regresyon Analizi Tekniği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgular, risk faktörleri ile problem davranışlar arasında pozitif yönde; koruyucu faktörler ve problem davranışlar arasında negatif yönde düşük ve orta düzeyde ilişki olduğunu göstermektedir. Ayrıca problem davranışların yordanmasında kişilik sistemi içerisinde yer alan risk faktörleri ve koruyucu faktörlerin, algılanan çevre sistemi ve davranış sistemi içerisinde yer alan risk faktörleri ve koruyucu faktörlere göre problem davranışları yordama gücünün daha fazla olduğu belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak yapılacak önleme çalışmaları risk faktörlerini azaltı- larak, ergenlerin sağlıklı davranışlarının ön plana çıkmasına yardımcı olabilir.
