Katılımcı Liderlik, Mesleki Tükenmişlik ve Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı Arasındaki İlişkilerin İncelenmesi: Bir Meta-Analiz Çalışması

Bu araştırmada, sosyal değişim kuramı, iş talepleri-kaynakları modeli ve kaynakların korunması kuramı temel alınarak, son zamanlarda gittikçe önem kazanan ve üzerinde daha çok çalışma yapılması gereken katılımcı liderlik, mesleki tükenmişlik ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasındaki ilişkiler ortaya konulmaktadır. Bunu gerçekleştirmek için, araştırma yöntemleri arasında dikkate değer bir yeri bulunan meta-analiz tekniği kullanılmaktadır. Bu kapsamda, araştırmaya dahil edilen 103 çalışmaya göre, katılımcı liderlik ve mesleki tükenmişlik arasında negatif yönlü ve anlamlı ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Benzer şekilde, mesleki tükenmişlik ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasında da negatif yönlü ve anlamlı ilişki ortaya çıkmıştır. Katılımcı liderlik ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı arasında ise, pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı ilişki bulunduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Ayrıca, mesleki tükenmişliğin boyutları ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışının boyutları ve katılımcı liderlik arasında da negatif yönlü, anlamlı ilişkiler tespit edilmiştir

EVALUATING THE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN PARTICIPATIVE LEADERSHIP, JOB BURNOUT AND ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR: A META-ANALYSIS

Based on the social exchange theory, job demands-resources model and conservation of resources theory, relationships among participative leadership, job burnout and organizational citizenship behavior, that is gaining more and more importance recently, are revealed in this research. In order to accomplish this, meta-analysis method of research, which has an eye-catching place among research methods, is used. In this context, by the help of 103 studies included in the meta-analysis, negative and significant relationships between participative leadership and job burnout were indicated. Similarlay, it was revealed that, there was a negative and significant relationship between job burnout and organizational citizenship behavior. Also, a positive and significant relationship between participative leadership and organizational citizenship behavior was revealed. Moreover, negative and significant relationships between the sub dimensions of both job burnout and organizational citizenship behavior were witnessed
