PROBLEMS OF STATE STRUCTURE OF TURKIC PEOPLES IN THE ANCIENT TIME AND MlDDLE AGES

The article deals with the facts concerning the structure of Turkic peoples in the ancient time and middle ages, as well as the titles and names, such as: kengestoy (meeting), kagan, bilge, ayuki and etc. Turkic peoples have had a special method and skill to form and rule the since the ancient time and established the basis of state system of all Central Asian peoples.
