Bu çalışmada Isparta Yöresi Orman Ürünleri Endüstrisinde faaliyet gösteren KOBİ'lerin kriz sonrası üretim, teknoloji ve finansman açısından analizleri yapılarak tespit edilen sorunlara yönelik stratejik çözüm önerileri geliştirilmiştir. Isparta yöresinde orman ürünleri sanayi sektörü mevcut işletmelerin %27'si, çalışanların %22'si, katmadeğerin ise %30.4'ünü oluşturması ile bölgenin ikinci önemli sektörü konumundadır. In this paper; production, technology and financial problems faced by SME' in the forest products industry of Isparta have been investigated and analyzed. Some solutions to this problems have been developed and suggested.
