Türkiye nematod faunası için Hoplolaimidae (Tylenchida: Nematoda) familyasına bağlı dört yeni tür: Rotylenchus agnetis Szczgiel 1968; Helicotylenchus crenacauda Sher, 1966; H. striatus Furoza and Maqbool, 1994 ve Orientylus orientalis (Siddiqi and Husain, 1964)

Bu çalışmada Yakakent, Bafra (Samsun) ve Gerze (Sinop) ilçelerinde tütün (Nicatiana Trn.) ekiliş alanlarından alınan 8 adet toprak örneği incelenmiştir. Alınan örneklerden elde edilen bitki paraziti nematodlardan Hoplolaimidae (Tylenchida: Nematoda) familyasına ait türlerin daimi preparatları hazırlanarak, ölçüm ve teşhisleri yapılmıştır. Çalışmada Rotylenchus agnetis Szczgiel, 1968, Helicotylenchus crenacauda Sher, 1966, H. striatus Firoza & Maqbool, 1994 ve Orientylus orientalis (Siddiqi & Husain, 1964) olmak üzere Türkiye nematod faunası için 4 yeni tür saptanmıştır. Bu türle-rin morfolojik ve morfometrik özellikleri, görülen varyasyonlar, çalışma kapsamına giren alanlardaki yayılışı, literatürde kayıtlı yayılışı ve habitatları verilmiştir.

Four new species for nematoda fauna of the Turkey belonging to Hoplolaimidae (Tylenchida: Nematoda) family as Rotylenchus agnetis Szczgiel, 1968; Helicotylenchus crenacauda Sher, 1966; H. striatus Firoza and Maqbool, 1994 and Orientylus orientalis (Siddiqi and Husain, 1964)

In this study, 8 soil and plant samples taken from tobacco (Nicotiana Trn.) fields in Yakakent, Bafra (Samsun) and Gerze (Sinop) were examined. From these samples, the plant parasitic nematodes were extracted, prepared and the ones belonging to Hoplolaimidae (Tylenchida: Nematoda) family were measured and identified. With this, totally four new species for fauna of the Turkey, Rotylenchus agnetis Szczgiel, 1968; Helicotylenchus crenacauda Sher, 1966; H. striatus Firoza & Maqbool, 1994 and Orientylus orientalis (Siddiqi & Husain, 1964) were determined. Identification, possible variations, distribution of them in the areas of study, habitats, literature records, morphological and morphometric characteristics are given.
