Meloidogyne incognita Chitwood (Nemata: Heteroderidae) ırk 2' nin farklı domates çeşitlerinde bazı biyolojik özellikleri üzerine araştırmalar
Bu çalışmada Meloidogyne incognita ırk 2'nin SC 2121, P 19 Fi ve LM 512 F1 domates çeşitlerinde kontrollü koşullar altında bazı biyolojik özellikleri araştırılmıştır. M. incognita ırk 2, LM 512 Fi domates çeşidinde gelişme göstermezken, diğer iki çeşitte gelişip çoğaldığı ve ilk generasyonunu inokulasyondan 21 gün sonra meydana getirdiği tespit edilmiştir. Bu populasyonun SC 2121, P 19 F1 ve LM 512 F1 çeşitleri üzerinde inokulasyondan sonra 49. günde üreme oranlarının sırasıyla 24.75, 15.40 ve 0.04 olduğu saptanmıştır. Bu sonuçlara göre LM 512 F1 çeşidinin iyi bir konukçu olmadığı ortaya çıkmıştır.
Investigation on some biological aspects of Meloidogyne incognita Chitwood (Nemata: Heteroderidae) race 2 on different tomato varieties
Some biological aspects of Meloidogyne incognita race 2 on the SC 2121, P 19 and LM 512 F1 tomato varieties were investigated at laboratory conditions. Twenty-one days after inoculation, the first generation of M. incognita race 2 were detected on SC 2121 and P 19 F1. However no generation was observed on LM 512 F1. Forty-nine days after the inoculation, the reproduction rate of M. incognita race 2 on the SC 2121, P 19 and LM 512 F1 were 24.75, 15.4 and 0.04, respectively. LM 512 F1 is not a suitable host for this race.
