In this work, within-plant distribution of Chrysoperla carnea (Stephens), Deraeocoris pallens Reut, and Orius niger Wolff which are prevailing predator species in cotton fields of Çukurova Region were studied during the cotton growing season. We determined that higher populations of D. pallens and C. cornea showed spesific relations with Aphis gossypii Glover in early season but populations of O. niger were related to flower thrips, Frankliniella intonsa (Trybom) in mid season. Nymphs of D. pallens mostly visited the leaves (57 %) and followed by squares (43 %) but adults were mostly found on Squares (69 %). Eggs of C. carnea were always found on leaves. Adults of O. niger inhabited the flowers (72 %) but nymphs mostly preferred the leaves (60 %) and were also found on bolls (33 %). D. pallens colonized the bottom layer of plants. Eggs of C. cornea were found in bottom and mid layer of plants in similar ratio. O. niger mostly preferred the mid layer of plants. All three predators were mostly found on plant parts of side branch which are near to main stem.
