Transplant böbrek biopsilerinde viral enfeksiyonlar

Allograft böbreklerdeki immunolojik hasarın daha etkili immunsüpressif sağaltım ile önlenmesi, viral enfeksiyöz komplikasyonları artırma eğilimi nedeniyle iki ucu keskin bıçak gibidir. Transplantasyon sonrası mortalite ve morbiditeyi anlamlı olarak etkileyen bu enfeksiyonların spektrumları son yıllarda değişmiştir. Allograft böbrekte fonksiyon bozukluğu geliştiğinde, hastayı potansiyel ciddi komplikasyonlardan korumak için tanı ve sağaltımın en uygun biçimde yapılması gerekir. Bu derleme böbrek transplantasyon alıcılarındaki bazı viral enfeksiyonların histopatolojik bulguları ve genel özellikleri üzerinde odaklanmıştır
