Gıda güvenliği için bir model önerisi ve gerçeklenmesi: Nesnelerin İnterneti ve İnsan etkileşimli, blokzinciri üzerinde çalışan gıda üretimi kontrolü

Öbek zinciri ve buna bağlı olarak akıllı kontrat uygulamaları, finans, üretim, eğlence, sanat gibi birçok sektörde giderek artan bir ağırlıkta yer bulmaktadır. Gıda ve gıda arzı güvenliği ise, önümüzdeki on yıl içerisinde tüm dünya için kritik bir öneme sahip olacağı görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada, gıda güvenliğine yönelik olarak öbek zinciri uygulamalarının ve nesnelerin interneti uygulamalarının bir arada yer aldığı bir uygulama modeli önerilmiştir. Her ne kadar gelişen iletişim ve yazılım teknolojiyle berber birçok süreç otonom olarak yürüse de özellikle tarımsal gıda üretiminde insan bilgisine ve öngörüsüne duyulan ihtiyaç modelin geliştirilmesinde temel bir bileşen olarak bu çalışmada yer almıştır. Özellikle işlem bedeli üzerinden ve olası doğal gereksinimler de göz önüne alınarak önerilen modelin hangi şartlarda daha iyi sonuç vereceği konusunda da öneri ve sonuçlar paylaşılmıştır.

Blockchain and accordingly smart contract applications are increasingly takes place in many sectors such as finance, production, entertainment and art. It is seen that food and food supply security will have a critical importance for the whole world in the next decade. In this study, we proposed an application model for food safety in which Blockchain applications and IoT applications are combined. Although many processes run autonomously with the developing communication and software technology, the need for human knowledge and foresight in food production, especially in agriculture, has been included in our work as a fundamental component in the development of our model. We shared our suggestions and results on the conditions under which the proposed model would yield better results, especially considering the transaction fee and possible requirements.
