2,4-D ve 4-CPA’n›n Drosophila melanogaster’in F1, F2 ve F3 Kuflaklar›nda Geliflim Süresi ve Ergin Birey Say›s›na Etkileri

 Bu çal›flmada, iki hormon tabiatl› herbisit çeflidinin (2,4-Diklorofenoksiasetik asit ve 4-Klorofenoksiasetik asit) Drosophila melanogaster’in F1,, F2 ve F3 kuflaklar›nda pup olma ve pup evresi süreleri ile ergin ç›k›fl say›s›na etkileri araflt›r›ld›. Ana kuflak ve F1 kufla¤›nda uygulanan 2,4-D’nin 300 ppm’lik deriflimi D. melanogaster’in F1 kufla¤›nda pup olma süresini ve pup evresini geciktirip, ç›kan ergin birey ç›k›fl say›s›n› azaltt›. Di¤er etkili bir deriflim olan 100 ppm ise F3 kufla¤›nda pup evresini k›saltt›. Ana kuflak ve F1 kufla¤›nda uygulanan 4-CPA’n›n en yüksek deriflimi olan 100 ppm, F1 kufla¤›nda pup olma süresini geciktirdi. Ayn› deriflim F2 kufla¤›nda ç›kan ergin birey ç›k›fl say›s›n› art›rd›. Buna karfl›n 20 ve 100 ppm’lik deriflimler F2 kufla¤›nda pup olma süresini k›saltt›. F3 kufla¤›nda ise 20 ppm’lik deriflim pup evresini k›salt›.

The Effects of 2,4-D and 4-CPA on the Duration of Development and the Number of Adults in F1, F2 and F3 Generations of Drosophila melanogaster

In this study, effects of two hericides on pupa formation period, pupa period and number of adults in F1, F2 and F3 generations of Drosophila melnogaster were investigated. 300 ppm concentraiton of 2-4-D applied on parent stock and F1 generation has lengtened the pupa formation period and pupa period of D. melanogaster in F1 generation, while it reduced the number of adults another effective concentration was 100 ppm which has shortened the pupa period in F3 generation. The highest concentration (100 ppm) of 4-CPA applied on parent stock and F1 generation has lengtened the pupa formation period in F1 generation. The same concentration increased the number of adults in F2 generation. On the otherhand 20 and 100 ppm concentrations shortened the pupa period in F3 generation.
