İridoid and lignan glucosides from bellardia trixago (L.) all

Five iridoid glucosides aucubin (I), bartsioside (H), melampyroside (111), mus-saenoside (IV) and gardoside meathyl ester (V) as well as the lignan glucoside dehydrod-iconiferyl alcohol-4-O-ß-D-glucoside (VI) were isolated from the overground parts of Bellardia trixago. The structure elucidation of the isolated compounds (l-VI) was realized on the basis of spectral evidence (UV, IR, 1H and 13C NMR) and the results were confirmed by comparison of the isolated compounds with authentic samples on TLC.
