Background/aim: In the present study, we aimed to investigate the relationship between NT-proBNP and SYNTAX score, which is a measure of the complexity of coronary artery disease. Materials and methods: We enrolled 405 consecutive patients with myocardial infarction who underwent coronary angiographic examination. Patients were divided into 3 groups according to their SYNTAX scores.
