Günümüzde işletmelerin rekabetçi gücü pazarlardaki başarısına etki eden önemli bir faktördür. Konfeksiyon sektörü uluslararası rekabet, üretim esnekliği, sevk zamanı, moda gibi çeşitli dinamiklere sahiptir. Bu dinamiklerden birisi de üretim süreç etkinliklerinin düzeyidir. Artan otomasyona rağmen konfeksiyon üretimi, emek yoğun olma özelliği korumaktadır. Bu durum üretim süreçlerinin daha etkin kullanılmasını da zorunlu hale getirmektedir.Bu çalışmada, konfeksiyon işletmelerindeki üretim süreç etkinliklerinin belirlenmesine yönelik metodoloji incelenmiştir.

Clothing sector has a lot of dynamics like international competition, delivery time, fashion and product flexibility. Manufacturing cycle time efficiency is also competitive factor in the emerging markets. One of the competitive powers of firms in the markets is the level of the manufacturing cycle time efficiency. Although the high automation level, labor is of big importance in the garment making process Clothing production having dynamic and variable factors needs improved cycle time. The aim of this study is to explain the importance of manufacturing cycle time efficiency and its methodology in the clothing factories.
