Myastenia Gravis tedavisi için yapılan timektominin geçdönem sonuçları tatmin edici midir?

Genişletilmiş timektomi, erken dönem ve jeneralize myastenilerde, asetilkolin reseptör antikoru pozitifliğinde ve timoma ile birlikte görülmesi durumunda tercih edilmelidir.
