Vaccination against this disease has a great place in controlling the disease. Although there is little data on the administration of the vaccine to pregnant women, vaccination of pregnant women is supported by some authors. In this case report, it was aimed to discuss a 36-year-old pregnant woman who was not vaccinated for COVID-19. The obese pregnant case was followed in the intensive care unit with respiratory support for 6 days and died with impaired liver function tests and due to respiratory failure.
