Comparison of intraperitoneal and incisional bupivacaine and bupivacaine+tramadol's effect on postoperative pain in total abdominal hysterectomy operations

We aimed to evaluate intraperitoneal and incisional bupivacaine, bupivacaine+tramadol combinations on postoperative vitale findings and pain in total abdominal hysterectomy (TAH) operations. Eighty patients were included in study and standart anaesthesia was performed. Intraperitoneally; 20 mL of% 0.5 bupivacaine was applied to 20 patients in group l, plus 100 mg tramadol to 20 patients in group II, peritonea, muscle, fascia and subcutaneouslly; 20 mL of % 0.5 bupivacaine was applied to 20 patients in group III, plus 100 mg tramadol to 20 patients in group IV. Mean arteriel pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR), SpO2 and pain evaluations with VAS were recorded after 30. minutes of extubation and at 2., 4., 6., 12., 24. hours. When pain scores were above 5, 0.5-1 mg/kg meperidine, between 3-5 500 mg acetaminophene was given to patients and first analgesic requirement times were noted. In sitting and laying position VAS values at 30. min., 2. and 4. hours were found to be high in groups I and II. Meperidine dose, in Group I (121.66±67.07) was different (p
